We are a culturally inclusive centre here at Jubilee Childcare and have families and staff who come from a whole range of cultural backgrounds. One of the many ways in which we embed cultural practices is through the celebration of all cultural holidays. We love to celebrate cultural diversity through culture projects and implementing child interest based craft, music & movement, group time, story sharing, numeracy & literacy building and food experiences. We support EAL/D learners in our service and will work with families to support them in the transitional and settling in process for care. We also work closely with the Inclusion Support Agency and have these support networks available for any families requiring any additional support.   Cultural Diversity allows different cultures, races and ethnicity to be celebrated in an inclusive and healthy way. Having respect for diversity in childcare enables educators to celebrate differences and encourage families to participate in cultural programs and events
